Application and technology

(1) Feature Description:

(2) Installation and operation instructions:

a) Connect the power supply correctly. Before starting, pull out the inertia wheel by hand and check whether there are abnormal sundries in the machine room.

b) Turn on the machine for idling and check whether the cutter turns correctly. If the direction reverses, please change the three-phase power line connection sequence. After confirming the correct direction of the cutter, start idling for 3 minutes, fasten and send it to the feeding room to make the protection switch fully contact and meet the crushing conditions, then the material can be put into production.

c) It is forbidden to put iron and other hard objects into the crushing chamber.

d) If abnormal sound is found, stop the machine immediately, check the cause, and restart after troubleshooting.

e) It is recommended that the machinery be installed in a separate workplace.

(3) Maintenance instructions:

a) The mechanical starting motor should be oriented to the ventilation position to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor and prolong the service life of the motor.

b) Check the tool bolt regularly. After using the new machine for a week, use it as a special tool to tighten the moving bolt to strengthen the fixation between the blade and the rest.

c) Rolling bearing with seat: grease should be added to the bearing nozzle every 20 days to ensure the lubricity between rolling bearings.

d) In order to ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge of the cutting tool, the moving knife shall be checked regularly according to the use condition to ensure that the sharp edge of the moving knife causes unnecessary damage to other parts.

e) Before the second start-up, it is necessary to remove the remaining debris in the machine room when the material is broken for the first time, so as to reduce the starting resistance and motor load. The wheel cover and belt pulley cover should be removed regularly, and the ash outlet under the flange should be removed. As the residual powder discharged from the machine room enters into the rotating bearing.

f) When changing the cutter, keep the gap between the cutter and the cutter: 0.5-0.8mm.

g) Check whether the belt is loose regularly. If the belt is loose, loosen the fixing bolt of the motor and use special tools to adjust the motor outward until the belt is tightened.
